If we have sent the wrong thing, or something arrives faulty, we will put it right. Beyond that, please read the conditions below before you order \u2014 spray equipment parts and chemicals have real limits on what can be returned.<\/p>\n<h2>1. The short version<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>30 days<\/strong> to request a return on most unused, unopened stock parts.<\/li>\n<li>You need a <strong>Return Authorization (RA) number<\/strong> from us first.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Restocking fee of 20%<\/strong> on returns for convenience or ordering error.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No fee at all<\/strong> if we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chemicals, opened items, used parts, custom and special orders are not returnable.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. How to start a return<\/h2>\n<p>Call (718) 788-6800 or email info@dev.thespraymarket.com with your order number, the part number, the quantity and the reason. We will confirm whether the item is returnable and issue an <strong>RA number<\/strong> and the return address.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do not ship anything back without an RA number.<\/strong> Unmarked returns cannot be matched to an order and may be refused or delayed.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Condition required<\/h2>\n<p>Returned goods must be unused, uninstalled, complete with all parts and literature, and in original undamaged packaging, in resaleable condition. Items that have been fitted to a machine, run with chemical, cut, drilled, modified or marked cannot be returned.<\/p>\n<h2>4. What we cannot take back<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chemicals<\/strong> \u2014 foam, coatings, resins, isocyanates, primers, sealants, solvents and cleaners, whether opened or not. Once a drum or pail has left our control we cannot certify its storage or shelf life, so we cannot resell it. Defective or off-specification product is handled as a manufacturer claim, not a return.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Opened or used items<\/strong>, including any part that has had chemical through it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom and made-to-order goods<\/strong>, including cut-to-length and custom-built hose assemblies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Special orders<\/strong> brought in for you or drop-shipped by the manufacturer, unless the manufacturer accepts a return, in which case their fee applies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Electrical and electronic components<\/strong> \u2014 boards, controllers, sensors, heaters and motor controls \u2014 once installed or energized.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seals, o-rings, gaskets and packing kits<\/strong> once the sealed bag is opened.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal protective equipment<\/strong>, respirators, cartridges, suits and gloves once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clearance, closeout and &#8220;as-is&#8221; items<\/strong>, which are sold final.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Restocking fee and shipping costs<\/h2>\n<p>Returns for convenience or because the wrong item was ordered carry a <strong>20% restocking fee<\/strong>, and you pay the return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.<\/p>\n<p>If we picked or shipped the wrong item, or the item is defective on arrival, there is <strong>no restocking fee<\/strong>, we pay the return shipping, and we either send the correct item or refund you in full \u2014 your choice.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>We inspect returned goods on arrival. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within <strong>5 to 10 working days<\/strong> of us receiving and accepting the return. Your bank may take a few days more to show it. Account customers are credited to their account. If a return arrives used, incomplete or damaged we will contact you before deciding, and we may reduce or decline the refund.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Damaged or short deliveries<\/h2>\n<p>This is a carrier claim, not a return, and the deadlines are short. Note visible damage or a shortage <strong>on the delivery receipt before you sign<\/strong>, photograph it, and tell us the same day. Report concealed damage within <strong>5 calendar days<\/strong>. Full detail is in our <a href=\"\/es\/shipping-policy\/\">Shipping Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Warranty claims<\/h2>\n<p>A warranty claim is different from a return. New equipment and parts carry the <strong>manufacturer&#8217;s warranty<\/strong>, and the manufacturer sets the terms, the duration and the remedy \u2014 repair, replacement or credit. We will open and administer the claim with the manufacturer for you, and we will tell you honestly what the manufacturer decides.<\/p>\n<p>Warranties generally do not cover normal wear, consumables, damage from running the machine dry, incorrect pressure or temperature settings, contaminated or off-ratio material, freezing, missed maintenance, unapproved parts, or modification. Please have the machine serial number and the fault details ready.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Cancelling an order<\/h2>\n<p>Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been picked or dispatched we cancel it and release the payment authorization at no charge. Once it has shipped it becomes a return under this policy. Freight already booked and special orders already placed with a manufacturer may not be cancellable without a charge.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Consumer rights<\/h2>\n<p>Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be limited by agreement.<\/p>\n<h2>11.
