Sign Guaranty

Personal Guaranty of Business Credit Account

You are personally guaranteeing store credit for [Business Name] in the amount of [Credit Limit]. Please read carefully before signing.

This Personal Guaranty ("Guaranty") is entered into by the individual signing below ("Guarantor"), in connection with the trade credit account established by the business named above ("Customer") with The Spray Market, a business of Airseal, Inc. ("Creditor"), located at 162 2nd Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11215.

1. Guaranty. In consideration of Creditor extending trade credit to Customer up to the amount stated above, Guarantor personally and unconditionally guarantees payment of all amounts owed by Customer to Creditor arising from purchases made on this credit account, including principal, applicable late fees, and reasonable collection costs (including attorney fees), up to the credit limit stated above and any amounts subsequently authorized in writing by Creditor.

2. Nature of Guaranty. This is a continuing guaranty and will remain in effect until Creditor receives written notice of revocation from Guarantor, and all amounts owed as of that date remain fully guaranteed regardless of any later revocation.

3. Guarantor Obligations Are Independent. Guarantor's obligations under this Guaranty are direct and primary, not merely as surety, and Creditor may pursue Guarantor for payment without first pursuing Customer.

4. No Waiver of Rights. Creditor's delay or failure to enforce any provision of this Guaranty does not waive Creditor's right to enforce it later.

5. Governing Law. This Guaranty is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

6. Acknowledgment. By signing below, Guarantor acknowledges reading and understanding this Guaranty, and that Guarantor may be personally liable for Customer's debts to Creditor up to the stated credit limit.
